Do I approve a proof before it prints?
Yes — and you're looking at it. Most companies email you a proof days after you've paid; we'd rather you see yours before you spend anything, which is why we set it up in advance. The personalized page you received is your proof: what you see in the preview, with the piece and options you choose, is what we produce. Placing your order is your approval, so please look everything over carefully before you buy.
Are you affiliated with the publication that featured me?
No. Framed Honors is an independent commemorative-artwork service. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by any publication, and no masthead or logo shown on our site implies otherwise. Your piece reproduces your coverage for your own personal or professional display.
Why did I hear from you — and how did you get my information?
You were featured in the press, and both the article and your business contact details are public. We saw the coverage and reached out because we thought you'd want a lasting version of it. You don't owe anyone anything — your moment stands on its own whether or not you ever order from us.
Can I order this for someone else, or for my whole team?
Please do — it's a natural gift. On the homepage, enter the name of the person you'd like to honor along with your email and we'll follow up with a proof. Companies: we take group orders when several people were covered — each piece personalized to its own honoree. Use the group-order request or email hello@framedhonors.com.
How long until it arrives?
A typical U.S. order arrives in roughly 8–10 business days: about 5 business days for production, then an average of 3–5 business days for delivery. We'll email you tracking the moment yours ships. Every piece is made fresh for your feature.
What's the difference between framed and float-mounted metal?
The reproduction of your coverage is the same on both. The Framed Edition sets it in a clean black frame — classic, boardroom-ready. The Float-Mounted Metal prints straight onto metal and hangs on standoffs with no frame, so the panel stands slightly proud of the wall for a modern, gallery look. Both ship ready to hang, delivery included.
What if it arrives damaged?
We replace it, free. Email hello@framedhonors.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage — a shot of the packaging helps too — and we'll put a new piece into production at no cost to you. Shipping damage is ours to fix, never yours to argue about.
Can I return it? What's your refund policy?
Because every piece is made to order for one feature, all sales are final and we can't take returns for a change of mind. That's exactly why the proof step happens before you pay: what you approve on your page is what we make. If something went wrong on our end — it arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the preview you approved — that's ours, and we'll replace it free (see above).
