By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

You must be old enough to form a legally binding contract where you live in order to buy from us. If you are ordering on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

We create decorative keepsakes that commemorate a moment of press coverage — a physical piece that reproduces the publication's nameplate, the article as it ran, and an engraved-style personalization plate, presented framed or float-mounted on metal. Our products are independent commemorative artworkmade for the featured party's personal or professional display.

Our pieces are not produced, licensed, endorsed, certified, or authorized by any publication or other third party, and are not official reprints. Any reference to a publication is a factual reference to where the coverage appeared.

Publication names, mastheads, and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify the source of the coverage a piece commemorates; we claim no ownership of, and no affiliation with, those marks.

Article text, photographs, and layout may be protected by copyright held by the publication or others. We reproduce a customer's own coverage to produce a single personal keepsake for the featured party at that party's request. You are responsible for confirming that you are the party featured (or are authorized by them) and that you may have a personal commemorative piece made of that coverage. If you believe a piece infringes your rights, contact us at hello@framedhonors.com and we will respond promptly.

We identify press coverage and the public business-contact details of the people and organizations featured, and we may reach out to offer a keepsake. You are never obligated to buy anything, and your coverage stands on its own whether or not you order from us. To stop hearing from us, email hello@framedhonors.com.

Prices are shown on the Site and include standard U.S. delivery unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors, change prices, and update products at any time before you order. Each piece is made to order for a specific feature.

• The personalized page we prepare for you is your proof — what you see in the preview, with the options you choose, is what we produce.
• Placing your order is your approval of that proof.
• We may decline or cancel an order (with a refund of anything paid) if we cannot verify the feature, if content appears infringing, or if an order looks fraudulent.

We produce and ship to order. Typical U.S. delivery is roughly 8–10 business days — about 5 business days in production plus 3–5 for delivery — and we will email tracking when your piece ships. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Because every piece is made to order for a single feature, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the preview you approved, email hello@framedhonors.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it free.

Don't use the Site to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or scrape it, or interfere with its operation. The personalized pages we prepare are for the intended recipient; please don't attempt to enumerate or harvest them.

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
